(Terms under which your SLO Music License will be Terminated).

• Violating any element of our Non Exclusive License Restrictions (see Restrictions below).

• Re-selling our Tracks as single music files, and/or including our tracks as part of a compilation or package.

• Selling, transferring, sub-licensing, sharing, giving away or otherwise assigning our Tracks to any third party as separate files.

• Claiming yourself to be the creator or copyright owner of our tracks, or of any derivative work.

• Using our Tracks in an online environment which enables third parties to download our Tracks as separate music files.

*SLO Music License Restrictions

A SLO Music License DOES NOT permit you to use our tracks in any project, advertisement, or event which:

• Contains or transmits any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent speech or information of any kind, including, without limitation, any content constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law regulation which may be damaging or detrimental to the activities, operations, credibility or integrity of (SLO).

• Contains or transmits any media or information which promotes racism, misogyny, homophobia, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind, against any group or individual.

• Contains or transmits any media or information which could be harmful to minors.

• Contains or transmits any media or information which harasses or advocates harassment of another person or group.

• Contains or transmits any media or information which exploits people of any age in a sexual or violent manner.

• Contains/transmits media or information about illegal activities, including, without limitation, the making/ buying of weapons of any kind.
